They look good in person, but after wearing them for a little while, they started to hurt. I haven’t used them enough to say if they’d break in over time, but so far they’re not very comfortable for me.

In my experience, the customer service was decent overall. They took a while to get back to me, which was a bit frustrating, but they did eventually sort out my issue. Not amazing, but it got resolved in the end.

I was expecting a bit more for what I paid. The hat looked great in the pictures, but once it arrived it felt basic, like something that should’ve cost less. Shipping also took longer than I hoped, which made the whole thing more frustrating. I reached out and support basically said something like, “shipping times can vary” and “the product matches the listing,” which didn’t really help much. I don’t mind spending extra when the quality is there, but this just didn’t feel like good value to me.

It looks nice at first glance, but the quality feels cheap. The material is flimsy, like one of those bargain-bin hats that’s trying a little too hard to look decent

I ordered a fascinator from Mrs Song Millinery for a wedding, and overall it did look lovely on the day. The shape was really nice, and you could tell there was some handmade detail put into it. I’m being totally calm about it, obviously, but when I looked inside, the stitching just wasn’t as tidy as I was expecting.
In photos it came out fine, so no disaster or anything, but up close it felt a bit less polished than I’d hoped. For the price, I did think the finishing would be cleaner. I still wore it and it did the job, but yeah, I’m left with slightly mixed feelings.

and I’m still waiting after two weeks with no clear update, which is frustrating.

I ordered from mrsongmillinery.com because I had this idea in my head of getting a hat that felt really personal, like something made just for me. When I started going through the options, though, it felt more limited than I expected. For the price, I thought there would be more flexibility and a more personalized experience.
